Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 2–3 business days after shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order ?

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive atracking link via email.

Do you ship outside the Netherlands?

Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands.

Will the jewelry fade or discolor?

IRAH jewelry is designed to maintain its color under normal use. We also provide a 12-month warranty against color fading and manufacturing defects.

Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Our jewelry is made with high-quality hypoallergenic materials designed to be comfortable for most skin types.

Is the jewelry waterproof?

Our pieces are designed for everyday wear. However, to maintain long-term shine and durability, we recommend avoiding excessive exposure to perfumes, chlorine, and harsh chemicals.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

How do I submit a warranty claim?
